Male roommate needed at the end of Feb. Currently in a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Spear and Downing. Apt complex has nice amenities and I have apt mostly furnished other than 2nd bedroom. It is $705/month including underground parking if wanted (-50.00 if not). Overlooks Denver Country Club and close to Wash Park and Cherry Creek.
