A Room to Make Music

Hi There!

I am a singer/songwriter/producer looking for a room in which to make music. I am not looking for a living space; rather, just a space I can utilize a few nights a week to really focus. Traditionally, i am not the type that will work super late into the night/morning, so if that ever occurs, it will be rare and quiet (i usually work with headphones instead of blasting speakers/monitors). I am hoping to find a spot near DU/Wash Park, but i would love to hear from anyone. Thanks!
